I’ve gotten David’s flowers twice within a month and have been beyond pleased with their customer service. Although, I did not use a 1-800 number. I either went to the store directly or called direct.
I went to the store to order a prom bouquet. I had no idea what to get for size or type of flower. The lady in the store showed me pictures and took me to the back to look at all the flower options. She spent a good deal of time helping me. Once I decided on the size and type she told me they would text a picture when done for my approval. They sent the text to confirm I liked the bouquet, which was beautiful and better than expected!
The next experience, my boys went to the store and bought me a Mother’s Day bouquet. The flowers were beautiful except two lilies that were a little wilted. I called direct the next day and told them my concern. I sent pics and they said bring the bouquet in to replace the flowers. I thought they were just going to replace the wilted ones. Instead I got a whole new flower arrangement. I was shocked and beyond happy with their service. Thank you David’s Flowers!
